Coloma Heights Bonfire

January 21, 2007 at 11:28 am (Local News, Uncategorized)

We partied last night in true small-town fashion, complete with drinking from jars and keeping warm by the bonfire down by the river. We started at our house with a small dinner party. Then sporting our headlamps and down jackets, we headed down the hill to Dave and Lilka’s house for tequila shots and dessert. Next up was a bonfire at Deb and Tom’s, our new neighbors who are building a house down by the river. We made White Russians that we drank out of jars and whatever containers we could find. Robyn drank hers straight out of the half-and-half container. Living in Coloma in the winter can be a bit slow, but we do our best to spice it up.
